As the head of business development and sales, Raghav Gupta plays a vital role in driving the strategic growth of the business unit. His primary objective is to cultivate a robust pipeline of orders while maintaining a favourable profit margin to support the sustainable expansion of the BU. Raghav's responsibilities encompass both organic growth within the existing lines of business and strategic expansion into new verticals. With his expertise and strategic vision, he contributes significantly to the overall success and development of the Infra BU.
Venkat Muvvala serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Infra Business for Jakson Group, boasting an expansive 35-year career in power generation and infrastructure. His expertise extends from concept to the commissioning of renewable energy, transmission, and distribution projects, as well as gas power projects, with a strong emphasis on optimizing asset life cycles for improved performance and ROI.
Notably, Venkat has spearheaded the development and execution of 2 GW of solar photovoltaic projects, 10 GW of gas-based power generation projects, and multiple T&D projects for state discoms and Central PSUs. His illustrious career has seen him in influential roles at Jindal Renewable Power, Vikram Solar, GE Power, Rolls Royce Energy, Pratt & Whitney, and other renowned organizations.

Desh Raj Pathak as the Chief Operating Officer of Transmission & Distribution and Metro Business for our Infra Business, brings with him an illustrious experience of 28 years in the Power & Energy Sector. He brings forth an array of expertise, from excelling at soft skills of team management & building, to technical skills of project execution of more than 100 EPC projects in various terrains, business development, estimation and tendering to excellent client relationships with working exposure in India and overseas. His previous working experience in helicrane operations, helicopter operations, drone stringing, head loading through wire rope spans, and more, extends a well-rounded experience for our team.
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers (India) and diplomas in Business Management and Export Management, he has held influential roles at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., Tata Projects, GMR Energy Limited, Al-Salam Industrial & Trading Est., and Hyundai Unitech Electrical Trans. Ajita Verma is a dynamic HR leader with over 17 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR strategy across industries like infrastructure, telecom, and manufacturing. Currently Head of HR at Jakson Infra, she has successfully led SAP HR implementations, workforce planning, and M&A transitions at organizations like NCRTC, Bharti Infratel, CG Power, Yum Restaurants, and Vodafone.
Known for her expertise in building high-performance cultures, she played a key role in crisis management during Cyclone Fani (2019) and has been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion & PWBD implementing inclusive workplace policies.
Ajita holds a PGDBM in HRM, a Master’s in Labour Law & Social Welfare from Pune University, and an Advanced Leadership Certification from IIM Lucknow. Certified in Predictive Index & Thomas PPA, she continues to drive HR innovation, aligning people strategies with business excellence.
Abhinav Bafna is an accomplished finance professional with 15 years of experience, including 12 years post-qualification. His career spans significant roles at Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Vikram Solar Ltd., and he currently holds position of Finance Controller – Infra at Jakson Group. Abhinav has a deep expertise in managing the financial lifecycle of large-scale EPC projects, encompassing financing, taxation, accounting, auditing, risk management, working capital and fund management. He has successfully overseen projects worth over ₹25,000 crore across various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Power Transmission & Distribution, Metro Electrification, Water Distribution, Civil Construction, and Renewable Energy (Solar and Hydrogen). Abhinav holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University. His extensive knowledge and experience in financial management make him an invaluable asset in the industry, ensuring both financial efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Ganesh Ayane is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Jakson Infra, bringing over 28 years of experience in the Power & Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Having distinguished certifications including NEBOSH-IGC, IOSH-Managing Safely and OHSAS 18001:2007-OH&S Management Systems Auditor has proved a testament to his profession. With over 31 years of his career sustaining proficiency in HSE management he has successfully conducted trainings on HIRA/Risk assessment for the line managers, overseen safety internal audits, identified and mitigated risks and developed comprehensive SOP’s and relevant documents.
