With the vision of the Jal Jeevan Mission: bringing clean, reliable tap water to every household for transforming lives and fostering healthier futures. Our dedication is evident in our work towards the goal of installing 266,500 Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTCs).
So far, we have made significant strides by accomplishing the foundational work for 60,000 connections, which includes the pipeline laying and essential infrastructure, bringing us closer to our overall target. Importantly, we have successfully installed 2,500 FHTCs with fully functional taps, delivering clean water directly to families where daily life has improved, where the burden of water collection is eased and where health and hygiene are enhanced. We are actively working to complete the remaining installations, ensuring that every connection is functional and delivers the benefits of clean water.
Looking ahead to the next year, our focus will be on accelerating the installation and completion of fully functional tap connection so that every household has access to this essential resource, one tap at a time.
